However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. If you experience any concerns with your puppy’s health within the first 72 hours of delivery, you must notify us immediately. In cases where a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health condition that was present before delivery, you may return the puppy for a replacement of equal value or receive a credit toward a future purchase. Please note that refunds are not provided, and all transportation or shipping costs related to returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
